Helyn’s diverse background has led her down many career paths. Screenwriting, poetry, and visual arts have been her passions. But the thread that has run through every journey is her fascination with magic and the unseen realms.

Confronting shadows of childhood trauma, she realized they contained hidden gifts. For during her darkest moments, she discovered a vast reservoir of creativity. Surviving a harrowing near-death experience, Helyn gained further insight into divine realms of existential truth, further expanding her awareness of spiritual and mystical dimensions. When she’s not writing, Helyn traverses mystical mountain paths with her husband in the Vedic community where they reside.
